I stayed at this hotel in the National Holiday between 1/10 to 5/10. I was up-grade to 11th floor. The room is tidy and clean (it seems to be new renovated) but the ventilation cannot be adjusted although there has the control panel. House keeping service is not in constant standard,if you ask for something in the room,sometime they are efficient but not always. It is strange that they will not provide you all toiletry for twin room, you need to ask for them, esp. the shower cap

I requested for shampoo, cleaning gel etc. totally three times for 4 nights. Receptionist is helpful but not cheerful. The welcome guard (a male) who help you to open the door of auto-mobiles provide good service. All in all, hotel is OK but service need to be improved in order to match 4 stars grading. The location of it is good for shopping, it takes 15 minutes to go to the MTR station. For sight-seeing e.g.to the Palace, it is better to take a taxi
